| Processing Times | Since our personalized gifts are created individually for you and your gift recipient, we require up to 5 business days to manufacture your order. If we are unable to process your order within 5 business days, you will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to cancel or continue with the order.
Non personalized items that are in stock will ship within 2 business days. If items are not in stock at the time of the order, you will be notified of the expected ship date within 2 business days, and given the option to cancel or continue with the order. | | Shipping and Handling | All products will be shipped USPS unless a different carrier is requested. | | Return Policy | | Personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless defective. Call, write, or e-mail for authorization within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Any items returned without authorization will not be credited or returned. Return the carton by Insured USPS or carrier of your choice. Mark the authorization number on the outside of the carton returned. NO COD RETURNS. All returns subject to inspection before credit is given. Non-personalized items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. | |
